Welcome to A Floral Keepsake. We are located in Vienna, Virginia and have specialized in floral preservation and flower restoration for 21 years. We specialize in transforming wedding bouquets, boutonnieres and other floral keepsakes into lasting memories. Our shadowbox frames are custom manufactured. THE PROCESS

Steps for the best results:
Call in advance or within 2 days following your special event, to arrange a consultation. Refrigerate the flowers until the time of delivery for preservation.

After the flowers (with all items included, such as ribbon, pearls, etc.) are delivered, they are photographed, measured and delicately separated so each flower and greenery can be precisely timed for the best results during the freeze dry process. The flowers are put into a freeze dryer (a process which extracts water from the flowers). This usually takes 2-3 weeks. Once the flowers are preserved, they are rearranged to the original bouquet style and displayed in a custom size shadowbox frame.

A preserved wedding bouquet in a shadowbox frame any size of up to 16’ x 24’

Larger frames - $484

A deposit of 50% is due at the time the flowers are delivered to us for preservation The final payment is due when the finished framed wedding bouquet is picked up There is no charge to add a boutonniere and invitation in the frame with the wedding bouquet
