We encourage you to reserve your rental equipment well in advance, especially during the busy summer and holiday seasons. This will ensure availability and allow ample time for your order to be delivered or picked-up.

Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessor from the time of delivery to time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured from theft and protected from weather. We charge for missing, broken, burned or damaged items.

For an additional fee of 7% of the total rental, Allie's Party Equipment Rental, Inc. agrees to waive claims for damage to equipment as specified on the back of the Rental Agreement. Damage Waiver does not cover loss or gross negligence. Damage Waiver must be signed and paid for prior to event.

Delivery Service is available for an additional charge. Extra charges may be assessed due to high-rise buildings or other labor intensive deliveries. Delivery times match our office hours. Extra charges may be added for special or specific time frames.

Items ready for pick-up should be sorted and available to our drivers. All china, silver, utensils, etc. should be rinsed, dry, food free and re-packed in the same containers as delivered. A charge will be assessed for all boxes and crates which are damaged or not returned. All breakage, loss and cleaning charges are in addition to rental charges. Linen should be refuse-free and dry to prevent staining and mildew. DO NOT put linens in plastic bags. Tables and chairs must be stacked and ready for pick-up. Wax must be removed from candelabras. If a Sunday, holiday or after hours pick-up is requested, a service charge will be added.
