*DECORATIONS include those in the Chapel and reception rooms. You are welcome to bring additional decorations; however, we don’t feel you will need any because our chapel has been professionally decorated. You rent the chapel as is - we will not rearrange or remove any decorations.

SERVICES PROVIDED AT EXTRA CHARGE: Our interdenominational minister or the justice of the peace is available at an extra charge.

PICTURES: If you have reserved the Chapel for your wedding, there is no charge to take pictures here prior to your wedding. You must call in advance to make an appointment. If you are not using the Chapel for your wedding, a $50.00 fee is required.

DEPOSIT, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY: A $250.00 reservation & damage deposit is required at time of scheduling your event. One-half of the fee is required 90 days prior to your scheduled wedding and/or reception. The balance of the fee is due 15 days prior to the wedding and/or reception date. If the fee balance is not paid by that date, the wedding will be cancelled and there is no refund. If you cancel your wedding more than 90 days before scheduled date, a full refund will be made less the $250.00 deposit. If you cancel your wedding between 30 to 90 days before scheduled date a refund will be made less the $250.00 deposit & less 50% of the total paid. If you cancel your wedding less than 30 days before the scheduled date, there is no refund of the rental fee paid. ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED

UNSCHEDULED WEDDINGS: Must be paid in full prior to the ceremony, either in cash or by credit card.

SPECIAL NOTICE:
(1) NO smoking is allowed inside of building
(2) NO alcohol is allowed on the premises.
(3) NO rice, glitter, cans of strings, or birdseed may be used -- ONLY BUBBLES and/or BELLS
(4) No dances permitted due to this is a church facility
(5) Blowing of bubbles is prohibited inside the building.
(6) You are expected to oversee any small children so they do not go up and down the staircase. This is for their safety. Unattended children will be escorted to their parents by our staff.
(7) Proper behavior is expected of all guests, including children.

PARKING: Parking is available at both the south end of the building, in front of building and in our parking lot across the street. We suggest you have someone available to help direct parking and traffic. Please do not park in front of beauty shop during daytime hours - Thank You!

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIME: Wedding Only (Packages 2-5): Arrival time is one and one half hour prior to the wedding, and departure time is one hour after wedding (1 hour is allotted for wedding ceremony). TOTAL Time: 3 1/2 hours. Wedding & Reception: Arrival time is two hours prior to wedding, and departure time is 30 minutes after reception. Allotted time for reception is one and one half hours. TOTAL Time: 5 hours & 1 hour for the rehearsal. If you need extra time a fee of $50 per 30 minutes will be charged. This will be taken out of your deposit

REHEARSAL TIMES: Allotted time for the rehearsal is 1 hour only (firm). If you need extra time, a fee of $50.00 per 30 minutes will be charged. This will be taken out of your deposit.

PACKAGE POLICY: If your ceremony has more than the indicated number of guests you will be automatically upgraded to the next package and a balance will be due. However, we are not responsible if you have less number of guests at your wedding than you indicated when you made your initial reservation. Any changes to your package must be done 30 days prior to the wedding date or the initial rental fee will be due. If you go over 150 guest in “Package Five” an additional $100 will be charged.

SOUND SYSTEM: We will run the sound system for your wedding or you may have someone else operate it for you, HOWEVER, no additional or other sound equipment may be brought into the chapel. The sound system we have is more than adequate for the chapel. You can use the wedding music we have available but you must bring your own “special music”.

[NOTE: The party(-ies) to this agreement hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Courtyard Wedding Chapel (i.e. AEGA Ministries International, Inc.) from any and all damages, suits, losses, liabilities and/or actions - intentional or otherwise - which may arise as a direct or indirect result of the use of the facilities described herein. The Courtyard Wedding Chapel does not discriminate on the basis of race, color or national and ethnic origin; nevertheless, we do reserve the right to refuse any event we feel could be questionable.]

RENTAL FEES OF CHAPEL: The rental fee ranges from $295.00 to $1495.00 depending on what package you choose.

Remember the chapel is completely and professionally decorated, we coordinate the wedding for you and you don’t have to rent anything! There are private dressing rooms, family rooms, beautiful decorated receptions rooms and a gorgeous “New Orleans style” outdoor patio.
