ABOUT US - Founded in 1944, Munday & Collins AV is a pioneer in the audio-visual rental and production industry. In 1995, the company decided to exit the "in house" audio-visual business to concentrate on meetings and events. By eliminating the costly overheard and commissions of the rental revenue typically charged by venues, Munday & Collins AV is focused on hiring experienced, service-oriented employees and technicians and acquired state-of-the art equipment to service the event industry. Our Rental Department is the backbone of our business and directly supports our staging operations, trade show services and, meeting services. Audio - The goal of our audio department is to create effective sound environments for each and every event. High performance sound systems with cutting-edge technology delivers words, music, and sounds customized to meet the needs of each specific audience. Video - Munday & Collins AV has extensive video experience in seamless wide-screen, multi-screen, and multi-image presentations utilizing the latest projection, LED, and plasma display technologies. Leading-edge software allows wide-screen, multi-image video to be used for speaker support, image magnification and as a scenic element all at the same time. Lighting - Our lighting team consists of designers and project managers who have developed state-of-the-art lighting systems for a multitude of special, corporate, and entertainment events. We develop intricate CAD renderings, plotting out all aspects of the truss design, rigging, cable, and fixture placement. We provide an extensive inventory of conventional and moving lights, motors, truss, and leading edge control systems. Custom Staging and Sets - Munday & Collins AV designs high impact staging that get results. Through the use of modular set pieces and custom set designs, accommodating single and multiple screen requirements. We utilize our lighting resources and modular set pieces to produce everything from budget sets to high-end custom looks. MEETINGS & CONFERENCES - Munday & Collins AV specializes in the total coordination of audio visual and computer-networking requirements for major corporate and trade association meetings throughout the United States. We consult with our clients during the pre-planning and site inspection phase to insure that all equipment requirements and technical labor needs are carefully organized and on budget.
