Kiam was born and raised in Mount Vernon, NY the hometown of some of the most talented people in entertainment industry such as: Heavy D, Sean P. Diddy Combs Al B. Sure, Talent, Pete Rock & C.L. Smooth and yes, Kiam. Her career in entertainment started in 1988 when she appeared in a music video for Johnny Kemp’s “Just Got Paid”. Pursuing a career as a dancer she landed a spot as a regular on FOX’s late night dance show “The Latin Connection”. In 1989 Kiam was hired by Slick Rick/Def Jam as lead dancer / Choreographer appearing in two Slick Rick Video’s, “Hey Young World” and “Children Story”.

Since then Kiam has redirected her artistic talents and connections with the entertainment industry to Hair & Makeup. Along with her on stage and backstage experience with lighting and makeup, Kiam’s flair for fashion and makeup knowledge erupts.

Kiam currently works for MAC Cosmetics, a hot, thriving company leading the nation’s Cosmetic & Fashion industries. As a freelance makeup artist Kiam is available for Weddings, Photography, TV, Film/Video, Stage and Runway. You’ll find her personality and work shine with professionalism and class.
