Prelude - Live Wedding Music Springfield
The Prelude Band is a professional and very talented Wedding Band that will create the right atmosphere for any event!

Prelude is one of the region's most premier bands for weddings and other formal events. Prelude has risen to the top in performing for a number of prestigious corporations.

The band consists of five musicians. Three of the four males and one female member sing lead vocals which creates the ability for the band to play a wide variety of music that is enjoyed by listeners of all ages. The instrumentation for the band consists of electric and acoustic guitars, bass guitar, multi-keyboards, drums, percussion, alto saxophone, soprano saxophone, flute and Yamaha EWI (a sophisticated musical instrument that can emulate the sound of virtually any instrument.)

Prelude’s sound is reinforced with a state of the art Bose Sound System. The band also uses theater lighting to enhance the mood of the performance upon request, at no extra charge.

Prelude has performed for many galas attended by the likes of Connecticut governors, Senator Joseph Lieberman, the band Toto, Tina Turner’s band, Johnny Cash, and The UConn Huskies women’s basketball team. Prelude has also been a frequent performer at Foxwoods Resort and Casino where they have performed at elaborate galas for dignitaries and organizations.
