We are a reliable, extra value company doing the things that make your task a little easier.

Weddings,graduations,family get-togethers,town events,we handle them all. Usually we set up a day before the event to give you the comfort of knowing the party's infrastructure is built and ready for caterers, decorators, musicians and early guests. We can give advise on where the tent would be best situated if necessary and will set up the tables and stack the chairs near the tables for you. Final placement is left up to the customer.

All equipment is in great condition, stakes are freshly painted white for greater visibility. Tent poles are trued to vertical,lighting tested. We set the bar a little higher to give you the service you will enjoy.

We have equipment ready for as few as 10 guests and up to 250 and usually will travel within a seventy mile radius of Johnstown, N.Y. Call for extra distances. We also have information of other companies in the area to provide you with other related services to help round out your party readiness picture such as: limo services, caterers, porta-johns, D.J. ,even a church for weddings. Sorry no information on slush machines,grills or bounce inflatable fun houses at present.

All of our Party Tents are yellow and white bold stripe in nice condition, except for our wedding/formal tents which are all white and pristine.

Sizes are: 10'x10',20'x20', 20'x30', 20'x40', 20'x60' and 20'x80'. Capacities are: 10'x10'(8 people), 20'x20'(40 people/6 banquet 6'x30" tables), 20'x30'(60 people/9 tables),20'x40'(72 people /12 tables), 20' x 60'(120 people/18 tables),20' x 80'(150 people/24 tables). Tables are 6 ft. x 30" color: white and seats six comfortably. We also handle 60" round tables(seat 6-7) and 48" round tables (seats 4 - 5).

Folding Chairs are very comfortable and come with mocha colored plastic seats with mocha colored metal legs.

May we suggest for your consideration, some great options: attractive tent lighting (40 watt globe shaped lights wired in tent), white tent walls (20 & 50 footers), service bar size: 5' wide with 3 Barstools. Tiled Dance Floors: 8' x 12', 8' x 16', 10'x 16' and 12'x 16'(for up to 20 couples) color: black marble and can set up on flat grassy area too! DELIVERY AND SETUP ALL INCLUDED IN OUR SERVICE
