With more than a decade of telling people's stories through film and wedding photography in the Boston, Mass. area, Dana's shooting style is honest, uncomplicated and natural.

I have been a photographer for more than fifteen years. I also work as a cinematographer on dramatic films, commercials and documentaries in the New England area (see my work). I love to tell a person's story through images. I started shooting weddings three years ago when I realized how much joy I got from my own wedding pictures. I enjoy the intimate nature of the work and the all the wonderful moments it presents me with.

My style is relaxed and low-key. I stay out of the way and keep my eyes open for any little moment that speaks to the magic and love of the day. I sit with every couple and learn how they want to remember their wedding and adjust my shooting style to their personalities. I can also take the standard formal shots that almost always make it into your album.

I shoot with professional film, and use natural light as often as I can to keep your photos as pure and vibrant as they can be. Although I strongly suggest you get any extra prints or enlargements made at a professional lab, you will have complete freedom with your negatives which you will receive within a month of your wedding.
