Special Events
Hosting Special Events

Take advantage of Seaport Conference Center's spectacular waterfront location by hosting your next special event here. Seaport is a great place for company parties, private impromptu get togethers, social gatherings, teambuilding events and more.

Complete catering options ranging from continental breakfasts to full course meals or hors d'oeuvres are all available. Special events can be set up for private rooms, outside decks, or both.

Seaport can arrange on the water activities that include dinner cruises on the bay and afternoon and evening sails for effective fun team building events.

Computer Labs

At Seaport you'll find spacious state of the art computer labs complete with everything needed to deliver successful technical training. Each computer lab is set up with 16 workstations networked to an instructor PC. Additional PC's can be added expanding the capacity if needed. Our dual Lab can provide up to 32 individual workstations.

Seaport also provides digital projectors, TV's, VCR's, and other electronic or audio video equipment as needed.

Classrooms

Classrooms at Seaport are set up to accommodate up to 24 students per room. These rooms come complete with everything necessary to deliver professional soft skill training. The classrooms can be configured into a variety of layouts including standard classroom, chevron style, pods, conference etc.

Our Classrooms can be expanded to double the capacity by retracting the soundproof partition.

These rooms can accommodate 50 people comfortably in a classroom configuration, or up to 100 persons in theatre style seating.

Meetings and Conference Rooms

Seaport Conference Center offers a variety of meeting rooms that can accommodate groups from 4 to 120. Our 3 conference rooms can accommodate smaller groups of up to 10 people. Our larger rooms can accommodate 30 - 60 people comforatbly.

Our meeting rooms can be configured for conferences, seminars, working meetings or theatre style presentations.

Onsite Business Center

Our onsite business center provides 6 workstations, each with internet access through built in modem connections or wireless connectivity. A copy machine with collating function, fax machine, printer, and 15 feet of work counter space is also provided for your convenience. Full use of the business center is provided at no charge to all visitors.

Decks

Our Spacious decks overlooking the yacht harbor and estuary, provide a unique and stimulating setting for clients at Seaport. These decks can also be used in conjunction with an event for "al fresco" dining or inpromtu get togethers.
