Keiji started the classical guitar seriously and professionally at the age of thirty, which is unusually late in the classical music world, and it makes him unique. Keiji received Master of Music in Guitar Performance from California State University, Northridge, attended with Randy Rhoads Memorial Scholarship, which is given to a wonderful performer. Keiji performs at formal concerts through Cal State Northridge and other venues, while also playing for weddings, receptions and an array of special events.

Keiji also teaches at various music schools throughout the Los Angeles area and influences young musicians to excel. Keiji has studied with world famous guitarists through lessons and master classes , including Lorenzo Micheli, Carlos Barbosa-Lima, Ron Purcell, Michael Chapdelaine, Denis Azabagic, Jose Maria Gallardo de Rey, and Rico Stover.

Keiji has made various events more enjoyable through his beautiful music for years.
