TOLO Events is a full-service event management and planning company for businesses and non-profit organizations, specializing in event marketing, product launches, store openings, fundraising galas, golf tournaments, and on-site management.
TOLO Events strategically guides clients through a maze of decisions, options and choices, working to set budgets, formulate goals, negotiate with vendors, develop and sell sponsorships, and create a vision conveying the intended message.
From start to finish, TOLO Events will manage all logistics, ensuring seamless success. The result is a fabulous function for employees, clients, customers or donors.

SHELLY TOLO
PRESIDENT When Shelly Tolo founded TOLO Events in 2002, her vision was to assist individuals, companies and non-profits in maximizing their events through strategic planning and creation gun, original and fabulous atmospheres for their guests. A native of Butler, Pennsylvania, Tolo enjoyed a 12-year career as a development officer for non-profit organizations where she found her niche in event planning and design. During her time as Director of Development and Major Events for Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, Tolo created and produces the hospital’s first annual gala in 1999 where 400 people attended and $5000, 000 (net) was raised. IN 2003, the event reached 1,100 people attending and $7.1 million being raised. “I’m a fund-raiser first” says Tolo. “While I love working with private and corporate clients, it is always a thrill to help non-profit organizations significantly increase their event’s net proceeds.” In 2004, TOLO Events was recognized as a Gala Award finalist in the category of Best Event Produces for a Non-Profit Organization. Tolo holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Messiah College and a Masters of Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University where she concentrated in Nonprofit Organizations.
