Pastries A-La-Carte is the life long dream of our Master Chef Kathy Battis. Kathy has over 26 years experience as a baker, in addition to studying "Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie & Baking" at the Pittsburgh Culinary Institute.All of our products are made with the finest ingredients, by hand and with a constant goal in mind: To make you happy!
