As a NonDenominational and an Interfaith Minister, she believes that you should not have to compromise, in the short span of time you have, with words that do not relate to who you are.

She encourages couples to work with her in creating a ceremony from materials she furnishes them, modifing one of her many beautiful ceremonies to their liking, and/or including ideas they have from scratch. You may incorporate customs from your own faith tradition or nationality such as the wine ceremony,unity candle,and breaking of the glass or you may add other traditions such as the rose ceremony, handfasting, parents' blessings, special readings and more.

You will meet initially with Rev. Nagy to share information regarding your needs and desires as well as help review the elements that you wish to include in your ceremony. She will then share suggestions and ideas that will bring your desires to a visual and personal vision of your perfect ceremony. Rebecca has a calming presence as she helps couples through this hectic but exciting time in their lives. Her years of experience in performing weddings assures a couple that she will conduct their wedding efficiently and professionally.

Rev. Rebecca attended Sancta Sophia Seminary and earned a lifetime ordination in 1996 through Light of Christ Community Church. She is a member of NAWM (National Association of Wedding Mininsters), has been profiled in Today's Charlotte Women Magazine, and is featured in Carolina Bride Magazine.

As a certified Pastoral Counselor and Spiritual Direction, she also offers pre- and post-marital counseling that would include conflict resolution, communications skills, religious differences, finances, and planning for children. In addition, Rev. Nagy has available names of Wedding Coordinators and/or Directors, Caterers, Photographers, Musicians and DJs, and other wedding professionals with whom she has worked over the past seven years in the Charlotte area who have proven to be consistant and professional.
