HANNIBAL'S began as a family-owned business in 1988, in the small town of Rancho Cordova (California). This cozy operation specialized in serving delicious sandwiches, salads, soups, and buffets to the local residents and businesses.

Over the years, the region developed into a large residential and commercial corridor, and of course it became much busier. Accepting the opportunity to expand with the times, HANNIBAL'S branched into full-service catering – yet always with a commitment to the values that had produced success in a small town: interesting, nutritious and great tasting food, reasonable prices, and superb service.

You are welcome to make additions and changes to any of our menus, or create a wedding menu that suits your own individual taste. We are happy to accommodate vegetarian and vegan needs and will discuss options with you when you come into our offices to plan your wedding reception.

CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN STATION
The best Belgium dipping chocolate with seasonal fruit, pretzels marshmallows displayed with a garden theme. A mountain of cascading dark chocolate down a valley of wheat grass and strawberries field. A display that will WOW!! your guests. Bamboo skewers provided.
