Elgin has been entertaining young and old alike since 1990, and has dazzled guests at corporate and private parties, picnics, reunions, banquets, school functions, grand openings, festivals, trade shows, conventions, block parties & much more. (he's done more Bar-Bat Mitzvahs than the average Rabbi!) Elgin works in the NYC Metro Area, Long Island, and Staten Island. He also teaches the art of cartooning and caricature and even draws DOGS! and Pet Portraits! Elgin draws in black & white and or color, using markers,colored pencils, and prismacolor Art Stixx. Elgin Averages 15- 20 color or 20-25 black & white per hour. In addition to Party Caricature, he offers a wide variety of artistic services including, DIGITAL GIFT CARICATURE, and SIGN-IN BOARDS for Bar-Bat MItzvahs, and other special events, and CHARACTER and LOGO Design.
