Pura Vida Treatment - Enjoy this full body Treatment so you can reduce tension, soothe sore muscles and increase circulation.

Pre-Natal - Our therapists use a support system customized for pregnancy, so you don’t need to worry about a thing but relaxing during this full body treatment.

Sports / Deep Tissue - If you have sore muscles, aches or pains, this is the treatment for you. Using a deep tissue technique, we will work on all of those sore areas for you.

Hot Stone Therapy - This relaxing treatment utilizes the deep heat therapy of warm, smooth stones. The stones are incorporated into the treatment to help loosen tight muscles, relieve stress and ease tension. Special focus is given to the back and feet. The technique of the stones facilitates deep levels of relaxation and tissue repair.
