Instrumentation:
Guitar (acoustic and/or electric)
Violin (acoustic and/or electric)
Bass (acoustic and/or electric)

Additional Instruments (if requested by a client):

  • Trumpet or flute for wedding ceremonies and other special events.
  • Cello and/or viola and/or second violin for classical performances that require additional string sections.
  • Drums or percussion for more upbeat, danceable music
  • Piano/keyboard and/or sax and/or vocals for various jazz, pop and world music projects

    Styles:

  • classical - great for wedding ceremonies/receptions, upscale corporate events and etc.
  • jazz from soft and background to danceable (swing and Dixieland)
  • world music - Italian, Spanish, Irish, Latin American, French and Russian
  • klezmer - all kinds of klezmer:

    From traditional to contemporary, from Elvis Presley to Stevie Wonder, from Beatles to Simon and Garfunkel. we offer it all!

    Our violinist is an experienced fiddler, that will add the magical sound of the violin to the music.

    Education: Berklee College of Music Bachelors of music degrees (all 3 performers)

    Experience: All three band members are professional musicians making living exclusively with music. The International String Trio has been performing all over New England for more than five years.
