All of our portraits are done on location, either in your home or outdoors in a beautiful location. Depicting your family in a natural setting is very important to us in creating a timeless image. Your sitting will take at least a half an hour to shoot depending on the complexity of the photograph.

What should I wear? First and foremost, it is important to wear something you feel good in. Please stay away from clothing with logos, distracting print and clashing colors. We recommend to choose a theme, i.e. Hawaiian - this usually looks very nice and everyone in the photograph compliments one another.

Where will the photograph take place? It is completely up to you - of course we will make suggestions. It really depends on where you feel the most comfortable.

What kind of camera do you shoot with? We shoot all of our portraits with a Canon 5d camera (13 mega pixels). Rendering a beautiful image digitally for extreme enlargements with amazing clarity. And on occasion we will shoot with medium format film cameras.

Do you retouch the final portrait? Absolutely, the final image will be professionally retouched to the highest standards.
