Party Tents

  • 10' x 10' Popup Tent: These popups are great for covering a food table, trade shows, small parties, or even to provide shade for a DJ.

  • 16' X 16' Tent: Will seat up to 32 people with 4 tables round or banquet.

  • 20' X 20' Tent: Will seat up to 40 people with round tables or 48 people with banquet tables.

  • 20' X 30' Tent: Will seat up to 60 people with round tables or 72 with banquet tables.

  • 20' X 40' Tent: Will seat up to 80 people with round tables or 96 with banquet tables.

  • 30' X 30' Tent: This tent is for larger events when seating is needed for about 120 people.

  • Tent Sidewalls: These sidewalls are 20' long and come in solid white, clear or with windows.

  • 20' X 20' Frame Tent: Free standing tent which is mostly used on a deck or on a solid surface such as asphalt or concrete. Also comes in larger sizes.

  • 20' x 30' Frame Tent: Free standing tent which is mostly used on a deck or on a solid surface such as asphalt or concrete.

  • 20' x 40' Frame Tent: Free standing tent which is mostly used on a deck or on a solid surface such as asphalt or concrete.

  • 30 x 45: This tent is good for up to 150 people.

    OUR POLICY: Prices quoted are for one-day rental unless otherwise noted. Long-term rates are available. Reservations require a deposit of 25% of total fee paid in advance. Rental rates are for time out on rental, whether the item is used or not. Cancellations within one week prior to event are subject to a loss of deposit.

    Delivery is available at an additional fee if under $100.00 or out of area. Special conditions, such as upstairs, downstairs, or long driveways are subject to a 10% minimum additional charge. Damp linens should be air dried to prevent mildew. Set-up and breakdown of tables and chairs is an additional charge.

    Responsibility of equipment remains with the renter from time of delivery until time of return. Be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Additional charges will be made for missing items, misused equipment, breakage or damaged linens.
