Wedding Coordinator
We let you do all the planning and we do all the work. We will assist you with the planning if you want. We come in about one month before the wedding and get all of your plans and make them happen for you. We get all the vendors names and phone numbers, confirm your orders, make sure they show up when they are suppose to and bring what you ordered. We run the rehearsal and tell everyone what to do. On the big day we are with you from the beginning till the last guest leaves. We get the bridal party in order, tell them when to walk down the aisle, open the doors for the bride. When the ceremony is over we lead the guest to the reception and make sure that it gets off to a great start. When it is time for the bridal party to make their entrance we get everyone together let the announcer know we are ready to come in. We do a time schedule for the entire event so you can get in everything that you have planned for the night. If a problem arises we take care of it the best way we can. We stay until the last guest has left and we make sure everything is back in order.

We come to you with our books and samples, so you can place your order in the comfort of your own home.
Floral: From the bridal bouquet to the centerpieces we custom make each one just like you want. We have books you can pick from or bring us a picture and we will try and design it for you.
Decorating: We can take all of your stuff and decorate the wedding and reception site as you have planned. Or we can get it all for you.
Rentals: Why buy it when you can probably rent it for a fraction of the cost. We have a lot of rental pieces that will make your day more special. If we don't have it we probably know where to get it.
Chocolate fondue and Cheese fondue fountain: Want your guest to really be talking about your reception for along time, ad these. Different packages available with and without food.
Extra Help: If you need to hire extra bartenders or servers, we have those also.
