How many children can fit inside a moonbounce?
Between 8-12 kids at a time. The number varies upon the size of the moon bounce you’re interested in.

Are the moonbounces clean?
Yes. All of our moon bounces are thoroughly cleaned between each use. We are committed to making sure that your children have a clean, healthy, and safe environment in which to play. In addition to cleaning, we also safety check and troubleshoot all equipment before it goes out to another customer. This way, you’re always guaranteed a unit that is safe, clean, and in good working order.

What are the appropriate ages for entering a moonbounce?
The appropriate ages for bouncing are 2-14 years old. Some of the larger slides may not be appropriate for children under the age of 4 years old.

Do you deliver to my area?
Yes. We serve the people of Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia.

Do you deliver and set-up at parks/public recreation areas?
Yes, but will require an additional insurance fee.

Will I have to pay an insurance fee to have a moon bounce set at parks?
The insurance certificate required by the park services will require you an insurance fee of $125.

How much room do I need?
You will approximately need an area of 18’x18’ and a vertical height that can allow at least 15’ of clearance. It depends upon which size of the moon bounce you select. Imagine 2 cars parked side by side in your set area.

How much room do you need to bring the moonbouce in?
A standard walk through gate is fine. We’ll bring the unit rolled up and it will be wheeled in on a standard hand truck. If a person can walk through, the moon bounce will be able to go through as well.

Does it need electricity? How much does it use?
Yes. We will bring a 50 or 100 foot extension cord with us, so you’ll need an outlet near the setup area. The blower runs continuously and uses approximately 14¢ of electricity per hour. Your blow dryer uses much, much, more than that! NOTE: All blowers and wiring are safety checked before leaving the warehouse.

What time do you deliver and pickup moonbounces?
Most of our rentals are from 1 pm. to 8 pm. The typical ranges of rental time are 2 or 3 hours to all day (7 or 8 hours). You decide on the specific time you want the moon bounce set up and we’ll be there 30 minutes and 3 hours before the start time. Also, you do not pay for our setup time, all rental periods are jumping time only. Picking up is based on the number of hours you rent for. Special arrangements can be made if you need to leave (example: dinner, or another party) by a certain time, just let us know. For park parties, we run the timing a little tighter. Your order representative will brief you on this if applicable at the time of confirmation.

What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open from 7 am. to 7 pm. Weekdays. Our customer support lines are open continually on the weekend and if you happen to get voicemail, the calls are retrieved hourly. Our curfews for picking up are generally 8 pm.

How far in advance do I need to order?
We suggest 3-5 weeks in advance before your scheduled event for our standard moon bounces. However, we generally have inventory available for last minute bookings, but don’t be too picky about style preference. All units are booked on a first come, first serve basis, regardless of payment status.

Do you deliver on holidays?
Yes. We deliver on all of the holidays.

Can I order overnight?
Yes. The moon bounce must be setup in a backyard or area that is fenced or locked up. The fence used be 4 ft. tall. There will be an additional charge to this service. Moonbounce Dayreserves the right to deny any event of this service. Moonbounce Day also reserves the right to cancel the overnight portion of any event at any time if we have any reason to believe that our property is at a risk of injury or theft.

Is it cheaper if we pickup the moon bounces ourselves?
No. In fact, Moonbounce Day does not allow this. All of our drivers are trained as professional installers and are certified by Moonbounce Day to be the exclusive installed of our equipment. Where the safety of your children is concerned, it is always best to leave it up to the professionals. In addition to this, the liability insurance that we carry does not permit unauthorized set up or moving of our equipment.

How do I know that you’ll show up?
