Cathy hosts a Dance Party on the *nd and *th Thursdays of each month from *-* pm. Admission is just $*/person and Cathy will coach you to improve your technique in the ballroom, salsa, or swing dance of your choice. NO advance registration and NO partner is required.

Our Semi-Private lessons will help you to reach that goal. Cathy can help you study a specific dance and prepare an exhibition number to perform at Showcase events throughout Northern California and Nevada.

Our Private lessons will give you the footwork, styling, and technique necessary to enter International Competitions where you really can rub elbows with the likes of Jonathan Roberts and Anna Trebunskaya.

Cathy teaches ballroom, latin, and line dancing classes for fitness. Dancing improves your health and also gives you skills you can use on the social dance floor.
Cathy offers instruction in the American Smooth and Rhythm styles of the following dances:
