Mandolin; Classical and Italian:
Rebekah Scogin in a Classical Mandolinist who performs Baroque and Classical music as well as Italian popular. A great favorite of hers is the Music of Italian composer Antonio Vivaldi who wrote concerti for the instrument. Ms. Scogin also performs Brazilian Bossa Novas and jazz standards on the instrument and can be accompanied by a harpist, classical guitarist, violin, piano; any combination of instruments a client could request. As well as classical; the Mandolin is a distinctly mediterranean sound. Ms Scogin knows thousands of Italian regional folk tunes as well as Italian pop and Movie music and all of the beautiful music of Andrea Bocelli! When the Mandolin is accompanied by the Accordeon, Guitar and tambourine; what an Italian sound!
