Q-2-U offers a complete menu of delicious catering options. From our award winning pulled pork to our famous smoked chicken, Q-2-U has catered feasts for groups from 60 to 700 throughout the Charlotte and surrounding area for weddings, corporate picnics, employee/customer appreciation lunches and school/church festivals.

Pit Masters Mark Cieslikowski and Brian Rich have been cooking barbecue together for over 25 years. Along with their wives, Renee and Linda, Q-2-U was founded in 2004 when we first competed in the Memphis In May sanctioned event, Charlotte Shout, finishing in the top 10 against the country’s finest barbecue teams.
