FAQs

Q. How many guests can I invite?
A. The limit is 25 children for a Classic party, 15 for a Mini party and Private Play Groups. Children under 24 months may attend and adults may play for free and are not included in the guest limit.

Q. What if I want to invite more guests than the limit for my party?
A. We charge $10 per child over the limit. If you are going to have more than 30 kids, please let us know 7 days prior to your party so that we may increase the staff for your party. The party rooms will get very crowded and uncomfortable if you have more than 50 people.

Q. Can I bring my own balloons and goodie bags?
A. Yes, or if you prefer, you may purchase them from us. See the Planning/Pricing page for more details.

Q. Can I bring my own food?
A. You can bring cake and dry snacks such as chips, pretzels, crackers, and cookies. Also, fruit and veggie platters are allowed. NO OTHER OUTSIDE FOOD IS ALLOWED. You may order pizzas and beverage in advance from us, which will be delivered to your party.
