Balloon Heaven is a family owned business. We mostly serve Southern Orange County such as Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, Santa Margarita, Foothill Ranch, Lake Forest, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, San Juan Capistrano. We do go out of this area for larger celebrations. Balloon Heaven offers a wide variety of decorations. We offer balloon bouquets for all occasions, wedding designs, and special event decorations. Whether the celebration calls for a balloon arch or a large quantity of loose balloons we are committed to making your wishes a reality.

Balloon Heaven will customize your occasion and make the guests say wow!!! Some of Balloon Heavens credentials are that we are a member of the Qualetex Balloon Network. Only a qualified balloon artist can be a member. Our staff has attended many hours of balloon decorating classes. Qualetex balloons are the very best balloons on the market today and we are proud to supply such quality.

All of our bouquets are treated with Hi Float for a longer lasting bouquet. Each bouquet comes with a matching weighted base. Bases can be upgraded with things such as a glass jar of candy with Hershey Kisses, M&M's or a plush etc. There are many options that can be used as a weight.

Your typical balloon bouquet will have latex and microfoil balloons. All balloon bouquets you see are just an example of what it could be. There are many different extras you can put in your bouquet to make it extra special.

Balloon Heaven does reserve the right to change the balloons based on inventory. Any changes will be of equal or greater value. There is a minimum delivery charge of $10.00 for the surrounding area.
