Our Austin Red Oak Ballroom is 4500 sq. ft. and can readily accommodate a seated dinner for 250 or a cocktail party for 700.

Our San Antonio Red Oak Ballroom is 13,500 sq. ft. and can easily handle over 800 seated or 1500 for cocktails.

So, whether you are planning any important event from a wedding reception, holiday party, sales meeting or fund-raiser, please call us.

AUSTIN:
Our Austin Red Oak Ballroom seats a maximum of 250 guests, however we require a minimum of 100 guests.

SAN ANTONIO:
Our San Antonio Red Oak Ballroom seats a maximum of 800 guests, with a minimum of 100.

General Information:

We can accommodate any type of event from cocktail receptions to seated dinners. We encourage you to phone us since our fees are dependent upon the number of guests attending your reception and your specific catering needs.

Our brides receive, at no additional charge:

  • All tables and chairs - rounds of eight with banquet chairs
  • Black or white linens
  • Changing room for the bride
  • Table oil lamps with mirror centerpieces (if desired)
  • Standard 15’ x 15’ dance floor
  • Draped and skirted tables for head table, buffet, bars, guest book, gift and cake tables
  • Parting gift for bride and groom

Also included with the purchase of dinner:

  • White china place settings and silver flatware
  • Fresh floral arrangement on buffet table
  • Complimentary cake service - includes a cake cutter, plates, napkins, forks and 3 gallons of coffee
