The Pampered Spirit’s vision is to create a unique spa experience in the comfort and privacy of your home, office, hotel or corporate venue. The at-home spa experience not only reduces physical stress but eliminates the environmental stress of having to drive home afterward. We strive to achieve total relaxation for each client by pampering the mind, body and spirit; alone or along with your friends in an intimate setting.

Aromatherapy Massage
In Aromatherapy massage, essential oils are usually mixed with a carrier oil like sweet almond, apricot kernel, or grapeseed oil. Aromatherapy uses essential oils from plants to heal, alleviate pain and regulate mood. A relaxing Aromatherapy massage, for instance, might have lavender or bergamot, while a massage for sore muscles might include peppermint and eucalyptus.

This treatment will relax, calm and balance the system while softening and lubricating the skin. A very sedating treatment!

At Home Massage
Enjoy your massage in the comfort of your home. No Driving Required! Our Certified Massage Therapists will bring all the essentials. Relaxation / Wellness Massage – Traditional Swedish massage using long gliding strokes and kneading of the muscles to induce deep relaxation. Aromatherapy included if desired.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. Finishing with cold stone massage of the face and neck.

Hand or Foot Treatment
Soak, exfoliate with a natural honey, oatmeal and sugar scrub followed by a reflexology massage and application of heated mitts or booties over our moisturizing Thera-Vie gloves or booties.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones. They are often basalt, a black volcanic rock that absorbs and retains heat well. It is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage. The heat helps tight muscles release.

Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage is a type of massage used to stimulate blood flow throughout the body. This type of massage uses a gentle touch and works well to reduce swelling and bruising. People with some forms of cancer can greatly benefit from a lymphatic drainage massage.

Pre-Natal Massage
A Swedish massage that focuses on the mother-to-be, which in turn nurtures the new life that grows within her. A side lying position and body pillows will be used to accommodate expectant moms.

Reflexology
Massage based around a system of points throughout the feet thought to correspond to all area of the body to release blocked energy and promote deep relaxation.

Sports Massage
Sports massage is a type of Swedish massage that stimulates circulation of blood and lymph fluids. The therapist generally focuses in on the problem area -- a frozen shoulder or pulled hamstring, for instance -- rather than giving you a thorough full body massage

Trissage Body Smoothing Treatments
This is a two-part treatment. The first part exfoliates the body, smoothing away dead, rough skin. The second part hydrates lubricates and firms the body, leaving it exceptionally soft and smooth.
