Mariano entertains his audiences with a great variety of music. He can make audiences dance with LATIN rhythm, he delivers the free spirit of JAZZ, he delights audiences with Semi-classical, oh so sweet Pop and World Music to make them smile. He was born and grew up as a cowboy in Buena Vista, Paraguay. He was raised among a family of harpist. At age 5, he began playing harp under the tutelage of his father and grandfather. His first public performance was part of a live band at a dance party. He was only a substitute to fill in a spot that night. The band members were so impressed by his skill, he got his first job as a live band member. He was only 10 years old.
Mariano, a world class performer, is an extraordinary harpist, a composer, and beyond, a harp maker. His has been mesmerizing the audience around the world on various stages. His solo performances at the worlds most prestigious concert halls including, but not limited to, Carnegie Hall in New York, the Millennium Stage at Kennedy center, Washington DC, Suntory Hall, Tokyo, the Royal Wedding in London, and Lyon & Healy International Jazz & Pop Harpfest 2007, Salt Lake City UT.
