Tents
Tents and accessories allow you to select the perfect setting for your special occasions, business events, weddings, and receptions. Put a tent in your garden, in the park, over a driveway, or any location that offers fresh air and outdoor fun. Select the size and style of tent that best meets your needs-- open and airy or with sidewalls or windows. You can even add a marquee tent to define the entrance and walkways to add style and weather protection. Sidewalls for the tents are additonal.

Frame Tents
A frame tent is constructed with a metal frame that has no center poles. Frame tents offer infinite decorating and layout possibilities. This self-supporting structure is great for situations like decks, driveways, and parking lots that cannot accommodate stakes.

Elite Pole Tents
When events demand spectacular presence, the Elite tent's spacious interior and cathedral-like roof offer added glamour and style. The elegant profile of an Elite tent provides the ultimate expression of style. Pictures are shown with optional leg drapes and optional sidewalls.

Here are answers to some of the most common questions for tent rentals.

What size of tent do I need?
First, determine how many people you want to accommodate at any one time for your event. Then refer to our recommended seating capacity chart for easy guidelines. Don't forget to add some extra space for such things as a buffet table, bar area, stage, dance floor or whatever your situation may call for. After you've added all those numbers up you'll have the total size you need. Then see which tent has close to (or slightly larger) the same square footage and that's the one you want. A really quick number to use is 10 sq. ft. per person for backyard, beer garden or festival use. We recommend 12 sq. ft. per person for such events as weddings, corporate openings or high-end sporting events as example.
Here are some typical scenarios of tented events, and a recommendation of what type or size to use.

Do I have to wash the linen?
No. They will be laundered anyway so just shake it out to remove any debris. Don't pack them in a plastic bag if they are wet because they *will* mildew over the course of a weekend. If any linen or skirting is damaged, burned or gets mildewed you will be responsible for the replacement cost of that item.

How soon do I have to place my order?
The sooner the better. For tents and large scale events you should be thinking of one or two months in advance or even earlier if you can. For small orders, usually a week or two is sufficient

Do you set up the tables and chairs?
This service can be provided for an extra fee depending on the time of year and the scope of what is required. Please call our office for information.

What about losses?
Breakage, missing or weather damaged items are charged at retail replacement value. Please call our office for details concerning your specific rental order.

We are constantly adding new items to our rental inventory. If the item or service you want is not listed, please call and ask, we may have it or can direct you to someone that does.

Do I have to wash the dishware, glassware, flatware?
No, but rinsing and/or scraping them free of food and debris is required. Cleaning charges will apply if the items are not returned in a reasonably sanitary condition. Some items may require a cleaning deposit (such as stock pots or chafer dish inserts)
