I worked in a children’s photography studio, where I shot pictures of a variety of clients. Unfortunately, the job required photographers to move their clients out of the studio within 30 minutes. I felt this diminished the experience, and while I was enjoying the work, the subjects were obscured by the corporate philosophies governing the studio. The time constraints and mandatory props cheapened the subjects’ experience. I developed a preference for a minimalist approach, where candid moments could shine.

While the children’s studio did not suit my goals, it did encourage me to continue pursuing my passion. I decided to perform independent photography work, allowing me to spend as much time as necessary with clients. Furthermore, as an on location photographer, I hope to capture your memorable instants as they happen, in a medium you’ll enjoy. Please allow me to share in your precious memories as your personal photographer.
