OTHER SERVICES OFFERED:

STANDARD CLEANING: A thorough surface cleaning. This includes: Dusting from top to bottom (cobwebs and baseboards), picking up/ straightening, cleaning and sanitizing all outer surfaces of the kitchen, cleaning and sanitizing outer bathroom surfaces, window sills, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping. We do not get inside any appliances, closets, cabinets, etc. We don’t mind including specifications as making beds, throwing sheets in laundry, etc. However, these things do need to be specified beforehand.

DEEP CLEANING: The Deep Cleaning is performing all things in the general cleaning and also includes: cleaning/sanitizing inside all appliances, wiping down inside all cabinets, and closet, pantries, etc. (We take everything out and wipe out collected dust). This is a more intricate cleaning, paying extreme attention to detail.

MOVE IN/ MOVE OUT CLEANING: Move In/ Move Out Cleaning is performed when the home is completely empty. It is extremely difficult if this is performed while people are in the “process” of moving in or out. We have a 35 point check list for this cleaning, and will be left at the house of the client who is moving in/ out so they know exactly what was done so there is no miscommunication.

AFTER CONSTRUCTION CLEANING: This cleaning is for homes that have been through are in the construction phase.

APPLIANCE CLEANING: This is a deeper cleaning. We get inside/ outside of the refrigerator, oven, stove, grill, microwave, and dishwasher. We use stronger chemicals to degrease/etc. This is a time consuming process.

ORGANIZATIONAL SERVICES: This is a great service for someone moving in/ out- or anyone looking to get rid of/ or organizing thing that can clutter home space.
