What do we have for you here ? More than a million dollar facility surrounded by National Forest and with a National Wilderness Creek Running through it. All just 90 minutes west of the Colorado Springs Airport!

What accommodations do we have ? Bathrooms and showers easily enough for 24 persons. And dormitory sleeping rooms for as many 16 persons! With showers and full bathroom facilities

This means we reduce the problems with alcohol consumption and the guests having to drive home or to the airport after a wedding celebration. This problem represents an increasingly serious & high legal liability in Colorado for any wedding or special event planning business.

We are located about 90 minutes west of Colorado Springs. The 40 acre facility is surrounded by the Pike National Forest. We are about 25 minutes west of Woodland Park. The Tarrayall Wilderness Creek runs through a meadow on the property. While we are far being from a luxury hotel, and the sleeping rooms are functional if somewhat Spartan, they are always kept clean.

Above left we see our 2400 square foot open area (60 ft by 40ft). It is both heated and insulted! No tents needed unless you want them! Bathrooms are directly connected behind the solid Shoji screen. Bride and Groom or whoever can thus come out previously unseen for their grand entrance from behind the screen or from the powder room.
