Steve Hurst has been in the field of entertainment for over 25 years. He has been involved with several aspects of the industry including live theatre, television and film production, print work, dinner theatre, music and dance, improvisational comedy, touring circuits, and theme parks. With a commitment to successful events, Steve is a leader in corporate team building ideas, parties, socials, award galas, birthday celebrations, anniversary receptions, theme nights, and much more.

Kimberly Shader serves as the Artistic Director of OTBS and has over 20 years experience in Improvisational and Interactive Theatre. She holds an Associate of Arts degree from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from the University of Central Florida. She is also a licensed cosmetologist and has worked in numerous aspects of the TV and film industry as well, including 6 years as the staff makeup artist at WESH Channel 2. In the performance world, Kimberly has worked as an actor, writer, director, vocalist, teacher and coach.
