Baldwin Park Arts and Recreation Center - Catering & Banquet Halls
A one of a kind jewel in the San Gabriel Valley, the Arts and Recreation Center aka “the ARC” provides a visually stunning backdrop for your special event.

Located in a charming historic Art Deco building, the 15,270 square foot facility has many modern amenities.

The ARC is the perfect site for a wedding reception or corporate event. With breath taking views of the San Gabriel Mountains and our outdoor nature garden, the upstairs Executive Board Room is the perfect location for a corporate meeting or training for 20 people. This room is equipped with a conference phone, overhead projector and screen as well as a countertop area with a sink perfect for making coffee and setting up a snack station. Downstairs in the Multipurpose Room, you can host a slightly larger group up to 40 people and also features a countertop area for coffee and snack station. Whether you are looking to host a staff meeting or wedding shower, the Multipurpose can handle it all.

The Arts and Recreation Center Celebration Hall is a gem of its own, with striking lines in the background, you can host an intimate reception or dinner for up to 150 people. The adjacent full size commercial kitchen is a caterer’s heaven with a full size refrigerator, ice maker, stove, freezer and serving station. As an added bonus, all of our rentals include chair and table set up. We do not have any exclusive contracts with caterers, so you have the freedom to select a caterer that fits within your budget.
