    Invaluable Services Included in All Packages to Ensure the Bride and Groom, Family Members, and Guests Enjoy the Wedding Day:

    • Picking up all wedding day accessories from the couple and/or vendors a week before the wedding and taking them to the wedding site so that you can relax and focus on just getting ready for your special day.
    • Collecting and dropping off all ceremony and reception materials at the wedding site so that the couple and their families just have to worry about enjoying their day, getting dressed, and arriving at the wedding venue.
    • Meeting all vendors upon their arrival at the wedding site and distributing copies of wedding itinerary.
    • Contacting vendors if it appears they will be arriving late and initiating contingency plans when the vendor will be behind schedule.
    • Overseeing proper set-up and design of wedding site.
    • Assisting in the set up of the ceremony the cocktail hour, and reception (e.g. hanging fabric, assembling pew décor, laying the aisle runner, setting up escort cards, putting place cards on tables, placing menu cards at each setting, setting up table cards, and performing other needed set up)
    • Acceptance of flowers at wedding site: Assistance with distribution and pinning of corsages and boutonnieres, and bouquets for wedding party, and rose petals for flower girl(s).
    • Assisting guests with special needs and ensuring that guests are comfortable. Greeting guests and pointing them in the direction of the wedding site.
    • Lining up wedding party for ceremony recessional and reception announcement and assisting them with any needs that they may have.
    • Cueing ceremony and reception musicians as necessary to ensure proper music flow during the processional, recessional, and reception formalities.
    • Assisting the bride prior to walking down the aisle with veil, wedding dress, bouquet placement, and other important details that will make the entry to the ceremony spectacular.
    • Serving as a special assistant to the bride and groom prior to the reception with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and anything else that they will need to be comfortable and enjoy their special day.
    • Working with the catering manager to ensure that food and cake are served at the proper time.
    • Ensuring that the photographer and videographer do not miss any special moments.
    • Collecting and delivering wedding gifts and personal belongings (family keepsakes, toasting glasses, etc.) to couples hotel room (or another location) or vehicles so that the newlyweds and families may relax during and after the wedding.

    Pricing of all planning and coordinating services will depend on the following:

    • Services that client may have already completed/chooses to complete on their own
    • The number of months in advance that services are secured
    • The final fee will be given after a complimentary consultation (taking place over the phone or in person) and will not change unless additions are made to the chosen services.

    • Site Visit and Walk Thru of Wedding Site with Caterer and Florist (1 Hour per site)
    • Limited Phone Consultation (3 Hours) and Limited Email Consultation (3 Hours)
