The property sits on a 12,200 s.f. lot. It has two separate building on the same lot; this includes the two story Main House and also a Guest Quarters that features a separate bedroom with bathroom and a living/dining/kitchen area. This has also been remodeled. Plus, adjacent to the Guest Quarters there is a studio with kitchenette (what used to be the maids quarters) with it's own bathroom and separate entrance (both have been completely redone also).

It has beautiful landscape and plenty of parking in the courtyard at the back of the house. This property is great for any event and will accomodate anywhere from 25 to 150 people. We will also furnish it depending on the occasion. This can be a casual gathering with contemporary furniture or a formal gathering with luxurious furniture and chandeliers.

We would rent the property only! Everything else; like catering, photography, valet parking and tents are the responsibility of the host or the party planner.

This property is a 5 minute walk to the beach and just 1/2 a block from Arthur Godfrey Road (41st Street). Since it is so centrally located, it is easily accessible from Miami or the mainland (It is just a few minutes from Miami International Airport and I-95). We are in the heart of Miami Beach, but at the same time it is in a very secluded and very prestigious residential area near homes of celebrities and other high profile people.
