Our walkers are clad in western attire and provide quality pony rides complete with traditional cowboy tunes and carrots too.

We provide ponies for all occasions but birthday parties are our specialty. Your birthday child receives a personalized letter about the pony with pictures before your scheduled event..

Winding Brook Farm operates 7 days a week and services Hunterdon, Somerset, Union, Morris and parts of Middlesex and Essex Counties.

We are fully insured and guarantee fun!

Winding Brook Farm offers one/two/or three ponies for a party and usually stay for one hour. Additional time may be scheduled at substantial discount after the initial hour.

One pony can easily accommodate up to fifteen children. Groups larger than fifteen are better served with two ponies. Two ponies has the added advantage of offering different sized ponies to accommodate different sized children.

Two ponies for a half-hour suits the two and three year old set, or parties of short duration.

We offer weekday discounts and different packages to schools and community organizations.

Scheduling:

We recommend scheduling 4-6 weeks in advance, but will do our best to accommodate last minute planning. We work 7 days a week April through November.

A deposit is required for booking which is refundable in the event of rain.

Cancellation Policy:

We have our ponies bathed, groomed and stabled indoors at least 24 hours in advance, ready to come to your home. we hope for the best but you may cancel right up to the morning of your party for a full refund of your deposit if it rains. Sun showers or sprinkling does not deter us, but a steady rain is no fun for the ponies or the children.

New jersey weather during the spring and summer is often unredictable and difficult to accurately forecast. We do not overbook. During the busy part of our season we will frequently turn down 2-3 requests for every weekend date booked.

This is the reason we ask for a deposit to hold your party date and time. Deposits are not refundable in the case where you choose to cancel your booking during the week preceeding the event, due to a forecast for inclement weather. We will do our very best in difficult situations to re-schedule your party or recommend someone who might be able to assist you.

Cancellations for other reasons can be made 10 days in advance for a full refund.
