My style of photography can be compared to my personality, candid, natural and a little bit cheeky.

Like myself, my career has been somewhat unconventional. In the mid 90's. While my husband and I were living in Mambasa, Kenya I had opportunity to become an assistant photographer covering safari camp brochures in the Masi Mara.

In 1999 we moved to Hawaii and I officially started my career as a commercial photographer. It wasn't until 2001 that I found my calling in wedding photojournalism when a friend asked if I could photograph her wedding. I found myself gravitating more towards weddings than my commercial photography because I really enjoyed interacting with people on a personal level.

I am passionate about my work. My philosophy is constantly strive to achieve aesthetic images that creatively express the energy, reflect the emotions, and capture the unique character of each individual wedding.
