We are Indy's newest event and party coordination company, and we are ready to show our clients that you can have both a personal touch, matched with a modern edge to your event or party. When it comes to party design, we have noticed that when planning an event, most planners seem to lose sight of the little things that make an event special and one that will not soon be forgotten. We believe that you can pull a personal element into every aspect of an event with details that can make an everlasting memory, while keeping up with the current design of the times.

Our staff will be completely and totally devoted to making your event or party be one that will be talked about amongst your friends, family, or colleagues for years to come. We will offer you the highest level of professionalism, without sacrificing the personalism. ~Wedding Details Package~

Black Tie Events respects the fact that most brides have a dream about how they want their wedding day to be, and they have had that dream for a long time. We understand that every couple and situation is different and we strive to cater our full wedding coordination services to your specifications. Below is an outline of some of the services that our staff is happy to offer you for your big day!

~ Discuss the events details and personal styles you already know you like, to really get a complete picture of who you are as a couple.~

~ Discuss your budget for the big event.~

~ Narrow down and discuss proper vendors for your special event to stay within the budget.~

~ Handle any negotiations, set up dates, and attend all meetings with the vendors chosen for your wedding day.~

~ Help you keep track of your schedule prior to your big day, through emails, phone calls, and/or postcards until the wedding is complete.~

~ Handle any hotel room accommodations and/or transportation needs for you and your guests.~

~ Over-see or design any stationary or printing needs that would be related to the wedding.~

~ Remain in constant contact with your chosen vendors prior to, and the day of the wedding.~

~ Meet within a couple days of the wedding to discuss final details related to your day.~

~ Create a layout of the day's events as they will happen through the day of the wedding.~

~ Rehearsal coordination onsite prior to the wedding with one if our event planners. (Rehearsal dinner coordination is also available upon request.)~

~ Possibly handle any honeymoon accommodations upon request.~

Assistance on your Wedding Day

Black Tie Events doesn't feel like your wedding is complete once it is planned. We also attend your special day personally to see that everything runs smoothly and that is a service that is automatically offered to you without extra charge. We want you to have the confidence on your wedding day to know that you have someone behind the scenes handling every detail to assure your day is as perfect as it can be for the happy couple!

~ Assist you in creating your outline for the actual wedding day.~

~ Oversee and assist in, any decorating of the ceremony venue and/or reception venue.~

~ Help to greet or assist your guests in any way if need be.~

~ Deliver gifts or arrange for gifts to be delivered to designated location after the wedding.~

~ You will have two coordinators and one assistant available on your wedding day to oversee every aspect to assure a smooth outcome.~

At Black Tie Events, our staff is ready to give you the wedding beyond your dreams and that is our goal. We will never leave you feeling like your wedding day is not important because we will be in continuous contact with you through each step of the process. We are here to assist you in any and every way we can to insure you have a day with as little stress as possible and one you will remember in detail on your 50th anniversary!
