Junior Gym is a creative exercise program centered around your child, motivating their interest in physical fitness. We’ve created a stimulating room full of age appropriate equipment, exciting themes and music, challenging mazes and circuits, and a happy place where young children can participate and feel successful while we help them

Children move with the music and through the circuit enhancing locomotor skills, coordination, rhythm, flexibility, and balance. This helps them take those beginning steps towards fitness. With repetition a child’s abilities will advance, building personal achievements, self-esteem and confidence. Children are given positive recognition, support, and care along with the opportunity to develop social and physical skills while having fun in a safe friendly loving environment. We look forward to the opportunity to share a fun time with you and your little one.

Have your Birthday Party at Junior Gym
Birthdays are so important to our little ones. Here at Junior Gym, we’ll make sure they have a special time! We make them so much fun for the kids and so hassle free for you. Our Birthday Parties are held for 1 1/2 hours. The first hour consists of a Special Birthday Introduction, warmup circuit, lots of fun and exciting musical activities, and parachute play.

The remaining 1/2 hour includes time for refreshments brought by the Birthday parent (either Birthday Cake or Cupcakes, and Juice). Also a special tablecloth is nice along with any plates and utensils you might need.

A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 will confirm the day and time. There is really no set-up required, so please come just 5 minutes before your scheduled party time. The instructor needs her time to prepare for a successful party. Please respect our request.

Parties are booked consecutively, so please be cautious of the time. We would not want to dissappoint the Birthday Child scheduled after yours.
