Feast Catering Co. was started by Sylvia Wilson, former owner of Mizuna Restaurant in Downtown Spokane.Sylvia opened Mizuna in 1996 and has over 12 years of culinary experience as a caterer and chef. Her solid reputation is based on her philosophy of using only the freshest, seasonal ingredients, purchased locally whenever possible.
