Creative Occasions provides a full range of services that can complete or enhance any event from idea conception to complete event coordination, including finding a location, catering, entertainment, florals, décor, characters, giveaways and more! Let our creativity, knowledge and experience bring you the memorable event you want while having the comfort of professional guidance along the way.

After an initial consultation to discuss your ideas, requirements and budget for your event, you will be given a full proposal for review. We partner our knowledge of special events to create a customized function within the budget you specify. We can make changes based on your needs to present you with the perfect solution and ultimately create the stress-free and happy occasion you are looking for!

For the Budget Conscious Client – Creative Occasions can work with you to assist in planning your special event – even with budgetary restrictions. We have tailored a special way to give you the assistance you require while remaining within a fixed budget for planning services. Please ask about our “R&R” Method if you would like more information on getting assistance with your event with limited resources for full event coordination.

Party Packages include the following vendor services: DJ, Florals, Balloons, Photography, Videography and Party Coordination.
Party packages are based on three price levels for our customers based on moderate, deluxe and premium level services.
All packages DO NOT include catering as the location and venue will determine the catering requirements.
Packages are based on 100 person parties (10 tables), packages can not be changed or altered, but will be restructured according to number of guests.
Moderate package: $6000.00 plus applicable taxes ($60.00 per person)
Deluxe package: $8,800.00 plus applicable taxes ($88.00 per person)
Premium package: $12,000.00 plus applicable taxes (includes specialty linens). ($120.00 per person)

Other party services such as candles, chair covers, select specialty linens, favors, catering, invitations, decorations (in addition to balloons and flowers), party rentals are available but not included in the package pricing.
