Vincent and James had a vision of Iovine Brothers Catering as a way to reach their ever growing customer base from their produce store in the famed Reading Terminal Market. Michael Lynch; business partner and chef, has been their means to execute this vision. In 2000 Philadelphia's exclusive Lombard Swim club, in the Rittenhouse neighborhood, invited Iovine Brothers Catering to solely operate their dining facility. Similar successful bids followed at the Merchantville Country Club and the Gift of Life Donor Program. In 2006 Chef Lynch and his team of hospitality professionals took on the challenge of Philadelphia's historic Bala Golf Club. In January of 2008 the Company decided to depart Merchantville Country Club but continue the operations of Bala Golf Club and the Lombard Swim Club. This departure enabled the pursuit of more exciting off-premise catering styles. Off premise catering provides Michael and his team with a canvas to showcase their diverse culinary repertoire and their elegant, adaptive service.
