What is a FAKE FASHION Shoot?
I wanted to create a foolproof way to photograph event guests. I recreate a Fashion Shoot setting and direct friends and family in a fun photo shoot. These are truly the most real and honest portraits of your loved ones. I get people to let down their hair! Why do table shots when you can jump, strut and tango! For the faint of heart there's always the straight-faced American Gothic look.

The FAKE FASHION Shoot is very entertaining and people definitely 'get it' with a little encouragement from me!

Does the FAKE FASHION Shoot only work for weddings?
I've had great success with all types of crowds! Everyone loosens up and seems happy to try something new. For those that are hesitant, I just ask them to walk towards me. Before you know it, they're laughing!

How is a FAKE FASHION shoot different from a traditional photobooth?
I can accommodate larger groups of friends and family. People can boogie, twirl, prowl, vamp...and of course jump! Polaroid guest books tend to be inconsistent and underexposed. I wanted to create a fun and foolproof way to photograph guests.

Do you provide backdrops?
I typically choose a visually interesting vignette ahead of time when I scout the location. I like people to connect to where they were. Backdrops are always an option.

What are some products you can create with the photos?
I create a custom slideshow that showcases the BEST images. All of the photographs are then available online to order reprints. I love to create large framed pieces with 24-48 images. It really captures the energy and joy of all your loved ones. It's just a great way to remember their special day. I also specialize in signed Gallery Fine Art Prints. For a more contemporary look, huge canvas wraps are cool!
