We have wedding day coordinator packages that include a two hour meeting prior to your wedding day, attendance and coordination of rehearsal by your personal wedding coordinator, and 10 hours of coordination and management on your wedding day by your coordinator and her assistant. Here’s what your personal wedding coordinator will do: Provide a detailed timeline of the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception Customize vendor list, including contact names, phone numbers, and special instructions Confirm all vendors, arrival times, and your expectations prior to wedding day Supervise vendors at ceremony and reception Coordinate processional and recessional Organize and manage the ceremony - Assist the bride and groom - Assist with pinning of corsages and boutonnieres - Start music at appropriate times - Cue ushers, attendants, and family members when needed - Ensure programs are handed out and guests are properly seated - Make sure guests special needs are attended to - Gather attendants and families for pictures Organize transportation of flowers, clothing, etc…. to reception - Provide emergency kit Organize and manage the reception - Arrive early and make sure reception hall is ready - Facilitate timeliness of vendors and ensure quality of services are attained - Cue bridal part for toasts - Distribute payments to vendors
