La paloma first opened its doors in 1992, now it counts with 10 locations accross the DFW metroplex area. The key for our success is AUTHENTICITY. Our food is AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD. La Paloma has won numerous award and recognitions. The most recent one is the recognition from SAGARPA (Department of Agriculture of Mexico) for its great accomplishment in the follow up of the Mexican gastronomy and culinary techniques, using and offering authentic Mexican products. Our food is prepared fresh everyday from scratch, including our own sauces, dressings, breads, etc. Taqueria La Paloma has positioned itself as the leader in DFW. La Paloma also participates and iniciates numerous philantrophic campaigns, such as the TELETON, focused to help children with disabilities. La Paloma also specializes in catering (taquiza style), from corpoarte picnics to wedding and quinceaneras. Our catering menu includes enchiladas(green-chipotle-mole-sour cream) fajitas (chicken- beef), pastor(spicy pork), bistek (beef steak), carnitas (pork). We also serve burritos, pambazos, tortas, tacos, mexican antiojitos, etc
