The company was founded by Simone Vega. She has 18 years of experience in event planning, catering and entertaining. Simone comes from an Italian and Portuguese background. With her father, a gourmet cook who enjoyed entertaining guests at their family home, she grew up with passion for good foods and a flair for parties and their preparations.
As a perfectionist, she always goes further to accomplish the client’s desires in an event. “I love the wow expression in people’s face”. It compensates for all the effort to put an event together.
Certified for Florida International University in Hospitality Management, Miami Dade Community College in Catering and Flower Design and international certification in desserts and flower arrangements.
