Dennis Moss has performed for many private events and has performed in venues such as Soundbridge Music Discovery Center at Benaroya Hall, McCaw Hall at the Seattle Center, Legion Hall, VIRGINIA V Historic Ship, and PONCHO Hall. Dennis offers professional solo and ensemble (duo-quartet) performances. He also composes, arranges, gives private guitar lessons and presents jazz guitar clinics.

Dennis earned a Bachelor of Music (jazz guitar performance) from Cornish College of the Arts. There, he studied with notable jazz artists such as Dawn Clement, Chuck Deardorf, Jim Knapp, and Jovino Santos Neto. Dennis earned multiple talent-based scholarships and graduated Magna Cum Laude.

There are several unique aspects of Dennis' playing that set him apart. Dennis is a fingerstylist and he plays the seven-string guitar. His playing style is lyrical and understated. His sound is very warm and engaging. Dennis has a strong harmonic sense and his chord voicings are unique among guitarists. His ability to take on multiple roles(combining melody, harmony and basslines) simultaneously makes him a perfect fit for solo and small ensemble performances. Dennis' music is great for both background ambiance and situations where the music takes center stage.
