How early should I reserve my linens?
You can reserve your linens * to * months in advance, we do accommodate last minutes orders, but that will be based on availability.
What is the lateness I can change my order?
Final changes to an existing order can be made up to one week prior to your event. We will do our best to meet your needs.
Can I pickup my linens?
Yes, linens can be picked up from Philadelphia, Yeadon, Pennsylvania and Gaithersburg MD. Linens can be picked up *-* days in advance.
Cancellation of my order
Cancellations can be made ** days prior to event date for full refund, less the ** days, **% of the funds will be refunded.
Method of payments
We accept Paypal, debit, credit, cash, online invoices can be send at your request. COD – Cash On Delivery payments are not acceptable. Security deposit maybe charged which will be refunded once the merchandise is returned back to us.
Rental Agreement
All rentals require a signed contract. Our contract can fax, email or regular US mail to you, if time is a factor it can be overnight at your expense. Once the merchandise is return you will received a VOID copy of the contract.
Delivery
All rental items are delivered at the designated location unless other arrangement have been made. Items that are to be setup by us will be done at the agreed location. All items are counted before and after the event.
Linens
If linens are wet please put in a separate plastic bag. This will help avoid mildew. Please remove all food and paper off table cloths before bagging.
Unused linens
There are no refunds for unused linens.
Shipping
Yes, we ship using UPS and US mail. Last minute orders can be shipped overnight for an additional shipping charge. Please return all lines within *-* days after your event unless other arrangements were made.
